Celexon offers a ‘Return to base’ warranty for all celexon and Deluxx products for a period of 24 months from date of purchase. The warranty is only valid within Europe.
The warranty only covers material or manufacturing faults.
The following are exempt from the warranty:
a) Regular inspection, maintenance, repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear;
b) Transport and travel expenses as well as costs incurred by setting up and dismantling the product;
c) Misuse of the product and incorrect installation (including exposure to sunlight, proximity to air-conditioning equipment, ovens, central heating);
d) Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, force majeure, wrong voltage, insufficient ventilation or other reasons not attributable to celexon.
In order to request the warranty service, please send the product professionally packaged, including proof of purchase, at your own expense, to the following address:
The following are accepted as proof of purchase:
- A valid order number for an order placed via www.celexon.co.uk or www.deluxx.com
- A purchase receipt from a celexon/DELUXX dealer or reseller including price and product description
Once the product has been received, our warranty service will inspect the damaged product and repair if appropriate. Celexon may replace a defective product at its own discretion, with a new or reworked product that is equivalent to the original product in function and form.
Once the product has been repaired or replaced, it will be sent back to you.
Discontinued defective products under warranty will be replaced by current models. Otherwise a product with similar functionality will be sent. A replacement product is covered by the remainder of the original warranty period but at least for 30 days. The warranty period may be longer in accordance with local laws.
