Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Most shipments are made by UPS or TNT.
What happens if you are not at home when the parcel arrives?
No problem. The courier should leave a notification and you can arrange a convenient second delivery. The carrier will attempt 3 deliveries before the consignment is shipped back to the warehouse.
What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?
In the very rare event that a product is damaged during transit, we will be sure to resolve this ASAP. The shipper will be liable for any damage that occurred during transit. We ask you to record any obvious damage with the courier at the time of delivery or to refuse delivery if the damage is too severe. For resolution, please contact us immediately.
